The site includes a customer support chat based on Chatwoot, an open-source platform installed on servers managed directly by DGBLEND LTD (assistenza.dgblend.net). When the chat loads, it sets the first-party technical cookie “cw_conversation”, which lasts 12 months and contains a random identifier needed to recognise the browser and retrieve the conversation on later visits.

This cookie is not used for tracking, profiling or advertising purposes and is not shared with third parties. Data provided voluntarily during the conversation (for example name, email address and message content) is processed solely to respond to the support request.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary technical cookies, where present, may limit some site functionality.
